Are you an undergraduate student of German Studies?
Have you recently written or are you currently working on a paper on the German language, German-speaking literature, culture, or film, or teaching German as a foreign language?
Have you ever thought of sharing your thoughts on topics in German Studies with other students and scholars outside of the classroom?
Your paper could be interesting to other students & professionals in German Studies! In 2016, there will again be an opportunity for undergraduate students to present their work: the Undergraduate Colloquium in German Studies to be held at the University of Toronto in Toronto, Ontario.
Undergraduate students are invited to submit proposals for papers to be presented at the Undergraduate Colloquium in German Studies. Papers on any aspect of German Studies (language, literature, culture, film, and language education) are welcome. Please submit an electronic copy of your proposal (in English or German, max. 300 words, double-spaced, including works cited) to email@example.com. The subject line of the e-mail must read Undergraduate Colloquium in German Studies proposal (or UCGS proposal). The text body of the message should contain your name, affiliation, and paper title. The proposal should be an attached file (word or pdf), and it must not
include your name and/or affiliation.
